Policies
• All rooms are a non-smoking but you can smoke outside your room or on your deck.

Pets are accepted in rooms 1 through 4 for $10/night per pet.

• Check in is after 3PM. If you are planning to arrive after 6PM, please let us know and we’ll make the appropriate arrangements.

• Check out is 11AM.

• 2-night minimum during all holidays, Winthrop’s Rhythm & Blue Festival, Winthrop Wine Festival and 49’er Weekend

• Because we are a small family run inn and we book up quickly, our standard cancellation policy is 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival.
No shows and cancellations made within 1 week will be charged room + tax for nights of planned stay.

• Reservations for 2 or more rooms require a 2 week cancellation notice and 6 or more require a 4 week cancellation notice prior to 3PM day of arrival.

• All holidays, Rhythm & Blues Festival and 49’er weekend require a 4 week cancellation notice prior to 3:00 PM day of arrival.

• All cancellations must be made by telephone. E-mail cancellations are not accepted.
